Now this thing functions on boosting the metabolism of yours to ensure that you're burning fat even when you're sleeping... How ideal??? right...





WRONG!

Other things is just farce. Plus the less said about hunger suppression, the greater. Certainly you can suppress appetite and hunger, but how about the side-effects/results from this. Slow metabolism. When you're not eating, you're putting the body of yours in "hunger state", where your body starts conserving electrical power in any form. Thus slowing down the metabolism of yours.


So what to do? what to do?
